It starts with exceptionally fresh basil grown here in London by Harvest London. We turn it into pesto in small batches, adding Vessalico garlic from Liguria, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Pecorino Romano DOP, pine nuts, Italian extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
